She specialises in weight loss and gain, muscle and strength building, and boxing instruction. Her philosophy — "strong not skinny" — runs through everything she does.

Whether you're picking up a glove for the first time or working toward a body composition goal, Charlotte brings energy, experience, and genuine passion to every session.

Ben has been involved in sport since the age of six, playing for Brantham Athletic Football Club. In 2019 he completed the London Marathon — a milestone that reflects his belief that consistent lifestyle habits are the foundation of real fitness progress.

His approach combines nutrition habits, lifestyle coaching and gym training to help clients balance fitness with their social lives and busy schedules. No extremes — just sustainable progress.

She specialises in muscle gain and body composition transformations, using evidence-based weight training principles to help clients reshape how they look and feel. Her philosophy is simple: fitness should be sustainable and enjoyable — not a punishment.
